We prefer a clear reader question and a distinct angle over broad promises to transform a garden.

What makes a good pitch

State the working title, the main point, the intended reader and the practical takeaway. Explain what the piece will cover and what it will leave out. Disclose relevant commercial interests and identify any claims that would need specialist review. Do not send confidential material or propose safety-critical instructions, electrical or gas work, hazardous-material handling, or advice that depends on local rules.
